The order is charged at the time the order is placed and order processing begins. Orders can not be canceled once order processing begins, but please contact us as soon as possible if changes are desired. Orders shipping to addresses in Georgia are subject to state sales tax.
We desire your 100% satisfaction. We will exchange or refund any purchase that is within 30 days of the order placement date upon receiving either an exchange request for an undamaged/resalable item or a refund request for an unopened/resalable item.
Items that were received damaged will be replaced with an identical product upon receiving a replacement request that is within three days of the delivery date. Proof of damage (such as a photo) may be required.
Exchange or refund processing begins once a returned item is received in resalable condition. We solely determine whether a returned item is in resalable condition. We must receive a request by email before any item is returned to us, and the request must contain the order number. We will confirm the request via email with return instructions.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless an item was received damaged.
Returns are not accepted for used, final sale, closeout, deeply discounted (> 45%), or promotional items.
